DR has achieved certification as a Great Place to Work, and we are excited to share the entire process that brought us here.
The Great Place to Work certification, widely known as GPTW, is a highly sought-after recognition that acknowledges the best companies to work for. Attaining this certification is no small feat.
To give you an idea, the company undergoes evaluation in five key dimensions: Credibility, Respect, Impartiality, Pride, and Camaraderie.
The primary objective of the GPTW certification is to acknowledge companies that prioritize creating a positive and healthy work environment.
Therefore, establishing a solid and engaging company culture becomes the initial step.
Subsequently, there is a research phase involving employees. During this phase, administrators administer questionnaires to assess the organizational culture across the five dimensions.
We identify strengths and weaknesses and propose improvement actions based on the results.
The company sets high standards, requiring the achievement of a minimum score in all five dimensions and ensuring at least 70% employee participation in the survey to obtain GPTW certification.
Even after this, there is a phase dedicated to evaluating HR processes and policies and analyzing the organizational culture.
Investing in culture plays a vital role in this certification, wouldn't you agree? Culture encompasses more than having a break room with coffee or a video game.
It entails offering a positive and healthy work environment, implementing beneficial recognition policies, providing a fair career plan, and promoting diversity and inclusion.
Unsurprisingly, this certification holds significant value in the corporate landscape, with fierce competition among companies.
Although the journey was long and challenging, we couldn't be prouder of our achievement!
If you aspire to be part of a GPTW-certified company, keep an eye on our vacancies.
